A Kitchen Story: Still in Progress

Here is our lovely little kitchen in Minneapolis. This is prior to moving it- what it looked like.

Day 1. Bye Bye Wallpaper....

 

Week 1-2: Decided to Paint the Cabinets. (Geyser- Behr) and just painted the walls white (Silky White- Behr)

 I decided to repurpose the cabinet pulls and spray painted them gold.

 This is the interim- before the floor and new refrigerator arrived!
We painted the hallway down to the basement with Chalkboard Paint for grocery lists, etc.

 

Finally got to the floors! We just bought 'Peel and Stick' Black and White tiles for now. When we do the REAL renovation, we will probably remove the floor all together.

I love how the floor turned out.

 

And the new Fridge was delivered! (Finally)

Since its such a small space, we opted for the Liebherr - 24" Counter depth (14 Cb. Ft.)

 

Just a little different from before....
