DIY: Salt + Pepper Shaker Snow Globe

Over the past few year's my husband and I have made ornaments for our family members- This year we decided to make a small snow globe ornament. 

After seeing Anthropologies' holiday decor- I decided that a snow globe was a must...

Dry Snow Globe VIA: Anthropologie

1. Gathering Supplies: 

- Salt and pepper shaker's- Crate and Barrel Outlet- $1.95

-  Artificial Christmas Snow

- Figures to go inside

-  Super Glue

-  Hot Glue

2. Glue Figure(s) into Shaker with Super Glue. Let Dry appox. 30min. or until Dry. 

While figure is drying, Cover the holes at the top with hot glue. 

3. Once Dry, Add artificial snow to jar. 

 4. Add: Water/Baby oil/Mineral Oil (oil makes the snow fall slower)- I used water. 

- Place hot glue around the top, then screw on the top. Let Dry. 

6. Enjoy your frozen-looking friend!
